Sauerkraut Gustos 500 gr

The Sauerkraut Gustos, obtained from the fermentation of cabbage with salt, are the traditional accompaniment par excellence of South Tyrol, delicious with shin, roast and boiled meats, sausages. Not only good: sauerkraut, healthy and low in calories, is a probiotic food that has beneficial effects on bacterial flora, rich in vitamins C and B12. The Tasty Sauerkraut, can be eaten raw, seasoned with oil, vinegar, onion and caraway seeds, or cooked for 30 minutes in a pan: calculated 200 gr per person, cover with water and add a round of oil, a few juniper berries and bay leaves. Excellent as a side dish, inevitable in hot dogs and burgers, also vegan.
