Apple juice is an invaluable drink, with 30 vitamins, trace elements and minerals, but above all good and refreshing. Thomas Kohl sustainably grows several varieties of apples at 1,000 meters above sea level where the air is fresh and pure and the exposure and temperature range slowly bring the fruits to full ripeness. Fruits that are transformed into 100 percent juices, with no added sugar and no preservatives, with different aromas and nuances. In the Kohl Essence line, apple juice is combined with juices from other fruits, berries, vegetables, herb or flower extracts. Apple and Elderberry juice is a fresh composition of contrasts: the strong, assertive taste of elderberry is softened by the pleasant acidity of apple. The result is a bittersweet, full-bodied juice that pairs perfectly with lamb, game or smoked soft cheese.
Thirty years ago the story of Kohl's began in Trentino-South Tyrol, where Thomas and his father started apple cultivation right on the plateau of Renon where no one until then thought it was possible. Strongly motivated and in love with this world, Thomas was able to cultivate apple varieties with different peculiarities, but above all to extract genuine and unique juices thanks to the special process.
