Fiasconaro is a family story that began in the 1950s in Castelbuono, Sicily, when Mario Fiasconaro transformed a small ice cream shop into a thriving business in the field of Italian confectionery. With the generational change, his three sons Fausto, Martino and Nicola, overwhelmed by their father's passion, made a quantum leap and transformed Fiasconaro into a reality recognized beyond the island's borders. The turning point came with Nicola, a talented pastry chef, who revisited the classic northern Italian panettone in a Mediterranean key.
