Tartar Sauce produced by the Alpenzu company is one of the specialties of the artisanal company named after a beautiful village in the Aosta Valley. A whole family with a dream of handing down old recipes, prepared with selected ingredients and a lot of passion. Tartar is a truly tantalizing sauce of French origin made from eggs whipped into mayonnaise with the addition of gherkins, spring onions, tarragon and other ingredients. Genuine and preservative-free, it is great on fish, vegetables, meat and eggs.
