Change the shape, not the wonderful taste: the Panbriacone, the flagship specialty of Pasticceria Bonci, becomes the Bria Tronchetto, but it retains the soft dough, bathed in an exquisite raisin wine syrup and rich in raisins. An artisanal delicacy, with selected ingredients and no preservatives of any kind. It is excellent savored with ice cream, custard or accompanied by fresh fruit.
The history of Pastry Shop Bonci began in 1953 with brothers Gino and Giuseppe, who opened a bakery in Montevarchi in Valdarno. Today the pastry shop has become a symbol of traditional craftsmanship, with strong ties to Tuscan food and wine history, but with a desire to create new specialties and sought-after flavor combinations. In recent years, the pastry shop has been joined by gourmet products such as giardiniere, mustards and jellies.
