The Panbriacone is the exquisite and sumptuous sweet treat born from the creativity and experience of the Bonci Brothers pastry chefs: a soft leavened dough enriched with Corinthian raisins and soaked in an alcoholic syrup made from passito wines.

Selected ingredients, slow leavening with sourdough, and the absence of artificial preservatives make this delicacy a high-quality product.

Panbriacone Bonci is excellent to enjoy on its own or with a scoop of cream or Malaga ice cream. Elegant and refined, it will surprise your guests at the end of the meal, served with sweet wine such as Moscato or Passito, and is perfect for sharing on any festive occasion.

The history of Pastry Shop Bonci began in 1953 with brothers Gino and Giuseppe, who opened a bakery in Montevarchi in Valdarno. Today the pastry shop has become a symbol of traditional craftsmanship, with strong ties to Tuscan food and wine history, but with a desire to create new specialties and sought-after flavor combinations. In recent years, the pastry shop has been joined by gourmet products such as giardiniere, mustards and jellies.
