The Tomato Sauce Rustic Paglione is an artisan specialty prepared with tomatoes from organic farming, processed within 24 hours from the harvest: in this way the sauce has all the scent and aroma of fresh tomato, just like homemade preserves. The tomato, once cooked, is passed with narrow links, in order to obtain a velvety pulp, without seeds.
