In 1983 in Putigliano, Domenico Egizio took the reins of the family bakery and inaugurated a modern artisanal laboratory for the production of typical Apulian baked goods: tarallini, frise and friselle, prepared with selected ingredients in accordance with traditional recipes, with an eye also on the ever-evolving tastes of the consumer.
