Strolghino is a small salami produced in the Parma area with meat obtained from the trimming of culatello, an operation necessary to give this prized salami its characteristic pear shape. The short aging period that characterizes it was once used to predict and guess (from the dialect word "strolga" derives its name) that of larger salumi. Strolghino Bellucci is a soft-touch salami with a sweet and delicate taste.

Growing, but always maintaining a very close connection to traditions. This is the credo of Salumificio Bellucci, which, from an idea of Ermanno Bellucci, began selling classic cured meats from Emilia in 1969. Modena's gastronomic tradition has always been an inspiration for the Bellucci family, which in the 1990s conquered the market with its salami and cotechini, especially precooked.
