The Claudio Olivero Farm breeds laying hens in the countryside of Cuneo, with attention to animal and environmental welfare. The hens are free to scratch and are fed with organic cereals grown on the farm, enriched with flax seeds and hemp or corn and alfalfa. With its eggs, the company produces the Zabaglione Bio Moscato, delicious, nutritious and gluten-free. It is prepared with yolks, brown sugar and Moscato, which gives the cream exquisite citrus shades. Olivero Zabaione is great alone, with biscuits or in the company of a fluffy cake. Thanks to its low alcohol content we can also enjoy it during the day, for a moment of greedy pleasure.
